I'm having a wedding next year and with the influx of options, I have a hard time deciding what I like best from one day to the next. I will say though, that I hate white shoes - they always look cheap. So these pink Christian Leboutins do more than appeal to me, especially when paired with a match pink peony bouquet. A little bubble gum, but a little non-traditional as well and I am very drawn to it. Except, I am almost positive that I would stand over 6' 2" in those heels.... it would be worth it.
Purple dyes were once a rare commodity - only royalty could afford goods in the precious color. This season - purple is a HUGE trend. All shades from lavender to magenta are on clothes, accessories and stationery. This is why I think it will make the ideal theme color for my friend's upcoming wedding. I think it will be tastefully perfect for an October wedding that is going to be traditional and stylish.
