Since gourmet Macaroni and cheese could quite simply be the most awesome idea on restaurant menus - I agree with the trendy movement of adding children's favorites to the list of comfort food options. Why should you have to go to the State Fair to enjoy such great food? Who wouldn't love cotton candy as an after dinner snack?
