I am simply in awe of these Bill Donovan Fashion Illustrations. And the Mermaid.... what can I say? It is the quintessential symbol of the 'girly girl'. I adore mermaids and one that is fishing couture shoes - takes the cake!! Where do I get my hands on a print?Bill Donovan
